Full-Time Global Brand Director Specialty Care

The Global Brand Director will lead pre-commercialization/commercialization strategy and tactical development, creating the commercialization plan.

This role will lead day-to-day brand operations, including:

• Strategic and Tactical Plan Development
• Branding and Creative
• Strategic Communication
• Budget Management
• KPI Monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Olezarsen brand, collaborating with the VP, Head of Immunology and Specialty Care.
• Drive development and implementation of Global cross-functional Brand Strategy, positioning, and communication; congress strategy; KOL management; geographical expansion; and training plans.
• Own day-to-day brand marketing activities aligned with milestones, budget, and KPIs.
• Lead Global teams (e.g., Market Access, Medical, Patient Access, Regulatory, Tech Ops, Business Intelligence, Finance).
• Partner strategically and operationally with the VP, Head of Immunology & Specialty Care.
• Build and nurture partnerships with Affiliates for local launch preparation.
• Engage with external stakeholders (e.g., KOLs).
• Control external expenses, maximizing Sobi resources and aligning with financial requirements.
• Represent commercial function in the Core Asset Team (CAT).
• Liaise with Ionis (commercialization partner).
• Adhere to Sobi corporate values and SOPs.
