Full-Time Global Director of Incentives

Global Director of Incentives and Loyalty will design, implement, and manage global incentive programs.

Role Requirements: Strategic thinker with understanding of incentive & loyalty best practices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement incentive/loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for program alignment.
• Ensure global program execution, regional compliance.
• Monitor performance, adjust strategies for engagement.
• Define strategies for customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors.
• Develop and manage program budgets for ROI.
• Create communication materials and participant education.
• Provide training and support to internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide structure, oversight, and direction to multiple simultaneous projects.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• 7+ years proven experience in designing and managing incentive/loyalty programs (preferably healthcare or market research).
• Exceptional project management skills (managing multiple projects).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (collaboration across diverse teams).
• Strong analytical skills (building financial models, leveraging data insights).
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., sweepstakes, regional incentives).
• Demonstrated experience in driving member retention and program engagement.
• Familiarity with loyalty program technologies.
