At Offchain Labs, we're looking for a Global Experience Specialist to shape company culture through engagement programs.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute engagement and culture initiatives.
- Partner with teams to identify engagement needs.
- Lead workshops and team-building experiences.
- Collect feedback and improve programs.
- Maintain program documentation.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and Internal Events specialists.
- Advise leadership on culture and engagement best practices.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development roles.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Highly organized with project management experience.
- Collaborative and proactive.
- Data-informed.
- Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.
