Full-Time Global HCM System Specialist

Overall Purpose: KOSTAL is digitizing HR processes and enhancing employee services. A key part is the global HCM system. As a Global HCM System Specialist, you'll support HCM system rollouts, global HR process standards, implementation, data governance, and guide regional/local HR colleagues.

Main tasks include:

• Supporting HR Digital Transformation for a new global HCM system.
• Integrating companies/countries into the HCM system.
• Communicating process and data standards to HR.
• Translating business requirements into IT demands and handling change requests.
• Proposing system developments and synergies.
• Facilitating the transfer of Global HCM system services to the internal service center.

Experiences and Requirements:

• Education: College/University degree in HR, IT, or Economics.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global corporate environment.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of Global HCM Solutions, MS Office.
• Language: Fluent English.
• Skills and Competencies: Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management; new idea generation; waterfall/agile methodologies; holistic HR IT landscape view; multitasking and prioritization; analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
