Full-Time Global HCM System Specialist

Overall Purpose: KOSTAL is digitalizing HR processes and enhancing employee services. A key part is the global HCM system. As a Global HCM System Specialist, you'll support system rollouts, global HR process standards, data governance, and guide regional/local HR colleagues.

Main Tasks:

1. Contribute to HR Digital Transformation by preparing the global HR organization for the new HCM system.
2. Support integration of companies/countries into the HCM system.
3. Communicate process and data standards to HR for consistent implementation.
4. Translate business requirements into IT demands and manage change requests.
5. Propose system developments and synergies.
6. Facilitate transfer of HCM transactional services to the internal service center (manuals, agent training).

Experiences & Requirements:

• College/University degree in HR, IT, or Economics.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in a global corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of Global HCM Solutions.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent English
• Occasional travel
• Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Ability to bring new ideas and make them a reality.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile project management.
• Holistic view of HR IT landscapes, breaking down strategies into tasks.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritizing, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
