Full-Time Global HCM System Specialist

Overall Purpose of Job: KOSTAL aims to digitalize HR processes and enhance employee services. The global HCM system is central to this transformation. As a Global HCM System Specialist, you'll support Global HCM System rollouts, establish global HR process standards, ensure implementation, define data governance, and guide regional/local HR colleagues.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Contribute to HR Digital Transformation by preparing the global HR organization for the new global HCM system.
• Support integration of companies/countries into the HCM system.
• Communicate process and data standards to ensure consistent implementation.
• Translate business requirements into IT demands and manage change requests with internal/3rd party IT partners.
• Propose system developments and synergies.
• Facilitate smooth transfer of Global HCM system services to KOSTAL's internal service center (manuals, agent training).

Experiences and requirements:

• Education: College/University degree in HR, IT, or Economics.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global corporate environment.
• Technical/IT knowledge: Strong understanding of Global HCM Solutions, good knowledge of MS Office.
• Language: Fluent English.
• Mobility: Occasional travel.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving, solution creation, and implementation.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Holistic view of HR IT landscapes, ability to translate strategies into operative tasks.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize.
