Full-Time Global HCM System Specialist

Overall Purpose of Job: KOSTAL is focused on digitalizing HR processes and enhancing employee services. Central to this transformation is the global HCM system. Your role as a Global HCM System Specialist involves supporting HCM system rollouts, establishing and enforcing global HR standards, defining data governance, and guiding regional/local HR teams.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Contribute to HR digital transformation by preparing the global HR organization for a new HCM system.
• Support the integration of companies/countries into the current and future HCM system solutions.
• Communicate process and data standards to ensure consistent implementation across HR functions.
• Translate business requirements into IT demands and manage change requests with internal and external IT partners.
• Propose system improvements and integrations.
• Facilitate the transfer of HCM system transactional services to the internal service center by developing manuals and training service agents.

Experiences and requirements:

• Education: College or University Degree in HR, IT, or Economics
• Work experience: Minimum 2 years, preferably in a global corporate environment
• Technical/IT knowledge: Good understanding of Global HCM Solutions; Good knowledge of MS Office
• Language: Fluent English
• Mobility: Occasional travel

• Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
• Ability to bring new ideas and make them a reality
• Experience with waterfall and agile project management
• Holistic view of HR IT landscapes, with ability to translate strategies into practical tasks
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
