Pinterest is seeking a strategic and people-focused Global Mobility & Immigration Lead to deliver a best-in-class experience for our employees while expertly managing backend operations and driving critical initiatives across our global relocation and immigration programs.
As the subject matter expert for all things mobility, you’ll be pivotal in elevating the employee journey, developing scalable and innovative solutions for our rapidly growing organization, supporting and influencing cross-functional projects, and championing operational excellence.
What you’ll do:- Program & Project Management: Lead cross-functional programs and large-scale projects with company-wide impact, drive execution, and innovation across all dimensions of global mobility and immigration.
- Stakeholder, Partner, and Vendor Management: Build and maintain top-tier partnerships with cross-functional teams (HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, Equity, Talent, and others) to ensure alignment of strategic objectives and exceptional stakeholder experiences.
- Strategic Alignment and Execution: Align project/program plans and resource utilization with company strategy, proactively communicating and collaborating across teams for optimal outcomes.
- Business Acumen & Decision Quality: Assess business and employee needs, determining feasibility and compliance, and make confident decisions with a sense of urgency, leveraging sound judgment when navigating ambiguity.
- Operations: Responsible for end-to-end case management of global mobility and immigration matters, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6 - 7+ years progressive experience in global mobility, immigration (U.S. and outside of the U.S.), and/or relocation management.
- 2 - 3+ years experience in vendor management.
- Demonstrated expertise leading large, complex, and ambiguous projects/programs.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms (preferably Workday and Zendesk).
- Comprehensive knowledge of international immigration laws, global mobility policies, and compliance requirements.
