This role is part of ServiceNow’s Global Partner and Channels (GPC) organization, dedicated to enabling & accelerating rapid growth through NOW’s partner ecosystem. As a Global Partner Seller – Run (GPS-R), you will play a key role in managing an existing base of partner’s managed service provider business on ServiceNow. This position is a sales role requiring a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communication, and organizational skills, eager to learn and become part of a rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing sell-through revenue base with a dedicated partner to ensure healthy growth and drive new opportunities.
- Achieve Net New Sell-through sales quotas for allocated partner.
- Interface with end customer account team and partner stakeholders.
- Manage deal execution, including contract renewals and de-bookings.
- Manage pipeline, sales process, forecasting, and opportunity closures.
- Drive end-to-end deal execution from order form creation, pricing, negotiation, to deal signing.
- Arrange product demonstrations, EBCs, and presentations.
- Educate Field AEs on partnership differentiation.
- Qualify, develop, and execute new sales opportunities.
- Manage ongoing account management for partner satisfaction and additional revenue streams.
- Become a trusted advisor to the partner.
- Build relationships with key partner executives.
- Cross-sell and upsell in existing accounts.
- Manage potential field conflicts and develop aligned resolutions.
- Proactively manage renewals and true-ups.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of global alliances and partner sales experience.
- Experience in business development in Enterprise Software and/or Cloud Services.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Commercially astute, with experience in developing business cases and ROI with partners.
- Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and partners' business drivers.
- Ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal ServiceNow teams.
- Goal-oriented and confident.
- Experience with major SI’s, ISV’s, Managed Service Providers, Value Added Resellers.
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.
