As Global Payroll Lead, oversee and manage payroll operations across the US, Canada, and UK. Ensure accurate and compliant processing, maintain data integrity, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Lead the implementation of a new payroll system in 2025.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for US, Canada, and UK.
- Stay updated on global payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with external providers, Finance, and HR.
- Manage payroll data integrity and employee records.
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
- Coordinate year-end processes, including tax reporting.
- Handle complex scenarios like international assignments.
- Implement system improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct payroll audits to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide guidance and support to HR, Finance, and Tax.
- Develop payroll training programs.
- Potentially manage a future payroll staff member.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an International Payroll Lead.
- In-depth knowledge of global payroll regulations.
- Strong understanding of statutory deductions and benefits.
- Experience with international payroll service providers.
- ADP Workforce Now experience (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex payroll scenarios.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
