About the Role: Toku seeks a Global Payroll Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships while managing payroll at scale. This role focuses on customer satisfaction and addressing payroll, employment, token grant, and immigration issues globally.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support clients through onboarding for smooth payroll transition.
• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, working with internal and external (local payroll partners) teams.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins to assess satisfaction and provide guidance.
• Process payroll, ensuring accuracy, deductions, and compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper payroll execution.
• Handle payroll submissions (salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of in-house or external payroll experience.
• Experience managing internal/external stakeholders and resolving problems while maintaining relationships.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
