Full-Time Global Payroll Sr. Analyst

We are seeking an International Payroll Analyst to join our Finance, Strategy, and Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, review, and approve international payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Understand data integration with the payroll provider, monitoring integrations for errors and resolution.
• Represent Procore with global payroll partners on process changes, issue resolution, and improvements.
• Ensure compliant payments to colleagues and vendors, processing wires and other transactions timely.
• Maintain SOX and operational controls for payroll data accuracy and protection.
• Maintain data for audit requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Lead payroll-related projects.
• Close the tax year, work with stakeholders on benefits, deadlines, data, etc.
• Provide audit support and evidence.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of global payroll experience handling multiple country payrolls.
• Experience with Workday, CloudPay, or other global payroll provider technologies.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet applications (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
