Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs.
• Lead the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
• Build robust talent pipelines, anticipating future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR to improve recruitment strategy and company culture.
• Advise key stakeholders on recruitment strategies and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience recruiting in a fintech environment (preferred).
