Job Details
The Global Talent Development Senior Manager role supports the execution of Dentons’ Global Talent Strategy. This role shapes, creates, and executes learning and development strategies that support Dentons’ global talent agenda. It drives firm-wide capability building by partnering with senior leaders, designing innovative learning programmes, and leading strategic talent initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high impact learning and development programmes
- Engage with senior leaders to understand talent needs and influence strategic priorities.
- Manage end-to-end talent projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact across regions.
- Facilitate and deliver high-impact talent programs across the regions.
- Design and execute global talent initiatives tailored to the regions.
- Work with talent colleagues to drive alignment, share best practices, and embed a unified talent culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years’ experience in strategic HR, learning and development, or organizational effectiveness.
- Experience designing and delivering impactful learning programmes across multiple countries.
- Experience managing global talent projects and talent development initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Expertise in learning design and development.
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, learning analytics, and HR technologies.
- Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement in talent development operations.
