Group Copy Supervisor
Job Description:
The Group Copy Supervisor (GCS) is an active contributor to the creative team, owning concept and copy development on various projects. The GCS multitasks and delegates appropriately to manage projects efficiently. The GCS liaises with creative and senior account teams, consistently delivering work meeting strategic, business, and creative expectations.
Skills & Competencies
- Leadership: Proven creative lead on conceptual and tactical projects.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior/mid-level team members, providing feedback.
- Strategic Thinking: Translate complex data into engaging messaging, aligning with brand strategy.

Experience Requirements
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical advertising/medical marketing copywriting experience.
- 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Experience with industry projects such as launches and label updates.
Knowledge Requirements
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements (FDA, OPDP).
- Proven ability to develop compelling, accurate, and persuasive promotional copy for HCPs/patients.
- Strong conceptual talents, bringing original ideas.
- Familiarity with medical/legal/regulatory review processes.
- Experience crafting content for various formats (digital, print, social media, email, sales aids).
