What Does a Group Director, CX Strategy Do? EVERSANA Intouch is seeking a Group Director, CX Strategy to lead a team in creating impactful customer engagement.
Our CX Strategy team develops personalized, cross-channel solutions focused on patient and physician needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic direction of a portfolio.
- Guide a CX strategy team at various levels.
- Develop innovative solutions based on research and data.
- Build strong internal and external relationships.
- Understand financials for the business portfolio.
- Participate in new business initiatives.
- Craft and present compelling CX experiences.
- Possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills (team building and cross-functional leadership).
- Have a basic understanding of marketing cloud platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus relevant experience.
- 10+ years of digital/multichannel CX strategy experience.
- Experience guiding teams in developing large, personalized, omnichannel experiences.
- Ability to develop thoughtful, innovative solutions founded in research and data.
- Strong internal and client relationship building skills.
- Embrace our methodology and process.
- Understanding of financials, business portfolio, and CX utilization.
- Proven experience with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership skills (team building and cross-functional teams).
- Basic understanding of marketing cloud platforms.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing is desired.
