Full-Time Group Director, CX Strategy

What Does a Group Director, CX Strategy Do? EVERSANA Intouch is seeking a Group Director, CX Strategy to lead a team across business units. The team creates personalized, cross-channel solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develops customer engagement strategies in key moments.
• Guides a CX strategy team at various levels.
• Drives digital channel innovation and integration.
• Creates data-driven experiences to build enduring customer relationships.
• Understands business objectives and meets patient/physician needs.
• Establishes and grows internal and client relationships.
• Participates in new business development to showcase CX strategy capabilities.
• Presents CX experiences based on strategy, insights, and data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 10+ years of digital/multichannel CX strategy experience.
• Experience leading teams in developing large, personalized, omnichannel experiences.
• Proven ability to develop thoughtful, innovative solutions based on research and data.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills (team building and cross-functional leadership).
• Understanding of marketing cloud platforms.
• Previous healthcare marketing experience is beneficial.
• Understanding of financials for business portfolio and CX utilization.

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $139,000 to $205,000 (US locations only).
