The Opportunity: Group Risk & Compliance Manager
This is a strategic role with a broad reach and a meaningful impact on the management of compliance risks across the organisation.
Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Drive Strategic Change: Champion the compliance agenda, identifying new and innovative ways to embed risk management into our culture and ways of working.
- Be a Trusted Partner: Build effective relationships and provide sound judgement to a range of stakeholders across the group.
- Shape our Future: Help mature our risk and compliance frameworks and processes.
- Build Capability: Proactively mentor and guide stakeholders, accelerating our risk management capability.
Now let’s talk about you:
You have 8+ years of experience working in a risk or compliance role. You have a strong technical understanding of risk and compliance management fundamentals. You’re a strategic problem-solver with excellent stakeholder management skills. You have proven experience preparing internal reports for senior management and/or the Board.You have a tertiary qualification in business/commerce or a related discipline.
