We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team and take on the role of Head, Leadership & Organization Development.
In this role, you will design and facilitate meaningful and impactful interventions and experiences to support senior leadership teams to increase their performance, productivity, and shape culture.
This role enables you to connect, develop, and dive deep into the clients’ businesses to facilitate team journeys that yield innovative and impactful solutions.
The role also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.
