We’re seeking a visionary and commercially focused Head of Accreditations and Retention to lead a global department responsible for credentialing strategy, practitioner lifecycle optimisation, and commercial growth.
This role is pivotal in shaping how we deliver and scale accreditation, licensing, and retention processes across our global network.
You’ll be the strategic connector across geographies and functions, aligning Community Activation, Product & Innovation, Sales, and Customer Success to create a seamless, high-impact practitioner journey.
What you'll do:
- Accreditation Strategy & Delivery: Own and evolve the global strategy for Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA) operations.
- Practitioner Retention & Licence Renewal: Design a global retention strategy that transforms renewal into a value-led experience.
- Commercial Data & Operational Excellence: Define the strategic framework for practitioner data across engagement, licensing, and value.
- Micro-Credentials & Product Diversification: Partner with Product & Innovation to operationalise CPD pathways and digital credentials.
- Loyalty & Progression Programmes: Design and embed practitioner progression models (e.g., bronze/silver/gold tiers) linked to engagement and commercial goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the senior matrix connector across global teams.

- Increased IDA fill rates and practitioner growth
- Higher licence renewal rates and revenue
- Strong engagement within the first 90 days post-accreditation
- Successful launch of micro-credentials and CPD pathways
- Accurate, actionable practitioner data to inform strategy

What you'll bring:
- Proven leadership in credentialing, licensing, or customer lifecycle strategy within learning, SaaS, or B2B environments
- Expertise in operational excellence, data strategy, and commercial optimisation
- Experience with digital credentialing tools and loyalty frameworks
- Skilled in matrix leadership and stakeholder engagement across global functions
