Full-Time Head of Communications

Sword Health is on a mission to free two billion people from pain. With significant success, we are looking for a Head of Communications to lead Sword Health’s global communications strategy. Key responsibilities include public relations, corporate communications, executive visibility, crisis management, and internal communications. Reporting to the VP and Head of CEO Office.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and own Sword Health’s global communications strategy across earned, owned, and shared channels.
• Lead external communications efforts (media relations, press releases, storytelling).
• Manage crisis communications and reputational issues.
• Partner with executive leadership to enhance public profiles.
• Develop internal communications programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Product, Legal, and People teams.
• Manage PR agency partners.
• Measure and report on communications effectiveness.

What you need to have:

• 8+ years of experience in communications, including leading global communications.
• Deep expertise in media relations, crisis communications, executive communications, and internal communications.
• Proven track record of securing media coverage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with C-level executives.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
