About the role: As the Head of Educator HR, you will manage educator experience, training, performance, safety, and retention. You will play a significant role in the experience for educators, students, and schools.
Responsibilities:
- Educator Policies and Handbook (leave policies, pay practices, benefits)
- Educator Experience (communications, engagement, feedback)
- Training & Development (upfront training, ongoing programs, badging)
- Performance Management (performance feedback, improvement processes)
- Educator & Student Safety (compliance, vetting, safety training, injury reporting)
Requirements: 7+ years of experience as a School District or School Leader in the US, responsible for HR functions.
