The Role As the Head of EMEA Partner Sales, define the vision, strategy, and lead the partner sales organization in EMEA. Responsible for building partner revenue growth, market expansion, and enhancing partner relationships to drive customer adoption.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with partners.
- Identify and recruit new partners; train and onboard effectively.
- Cultivate executive relationships with strategic partners.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate partners to achieve individual and team goals.
- Create and maintain metrics for each partner.
- Develop a business plan to achieve target revenues and objectives.
- Execute partner objectives set by management, including deal registration and quota retirement.
- Oversee partner performance, ensuring sales targets and company standards are met.
- Track partner KPIs including growth in partner sourced opportunities, partner attached and partner booked revenue. Also monitor partner services, partner programs, managed services, and partner marketing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, customer support) to align partner strategies.
- Assist Sales Directors with account mappings and joint selling.
- Develop support materials (sales kits, marketing programs).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Training teams for partner engagement.
- Work with field marketing to deliver events and campaigns.
Qualifications
- 15+ years channel sales experience with partner-led bookings and revenue targets.
- 5+ years managing partner directors and managers.
- Experience recruiting, developing, and managing 1-tier and 2-tier channels.
- Extensive knowledge of EMEA partner ecosystem (VARs, MSPs, GSIs, Distributors/VADs), and modern enterprise security solutions.
- Proven track record forecasting partner business and meeting revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
- Strong sales management and partner operations expertise.
- Prioritize effectively, develop strategic plans, and deliver successful results.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and cultivate business relationships.
- Willingness to travel (approx 50%+ of the time).
