Job Details

Head of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) at NIQ will drive marketing strategies for top accounts across core verticals.

This role requires a highly experienced marketing leader with a deep understanding of ABM, building bespoke marketing plans tailored to individual clients. Collaborate with senior internal account directors to deliver innovative, high-impact strategies driving measurable business results and strengthening client relationships.

  1. Account-Based Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute customized marketing strategies aligning with client objectives, industry trends, and NIQ's overall strategy. Ensure scalability, measurability, and revenue growth.
  2. Collaboration with Account Directors: Build strong relationships with senior account directors, understanding their goals and objectives to align ABM efforts with broader account strategies. Foster cross-departmental collaboration.
  3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the marketing lead for top accounts, engaging senior stakeholders to drive marketing activities and build long-term partnerships. Manage relationships, ensuring strategies meet client expectations.
  4. Expertise: Be recognized as an ABM expert, providing guidance, advice, and consultation to teams and executives on best practices and techniques.
  5. Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify marketing challenges impacting the business. Develop creative solutions for key accounts.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and data teams to leverage insights and align marketing plans with commercial objectives.
  7. Reporting & Analytics: Measure ABM campaign effectiveness, providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership. Optimize campaigns for high ROI.
  8. Leadership & Guidance: Upskill marketing professionals in ABM, providing mentorship and thought leadership for top-level execution. Guide the strategic direction of ABM efforts.

  • Problem Solving: Expertise in identifying and solving business-critical challenges.

  • Impact: Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies impacting business direction and demonstrating measurable revenue and client engagement.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of ABM or related experience, focusing on large, strategic accounts.
  • High-profile account management in a B2B environment, ideally in data analytics or consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM suites, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Language fluency in English and other languages (desired)
