About the Role: As Director, Corporate Marketing, you'll lead brand presence and voice definition. Reporting to the VP Marketing, you'll lead transformative brand campaigns and strategic communications that connect with our audience. You'll craft compelling narratives and execute multi-channel campaigns to shape Fieldguide's global perception and drive business outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Brand Generation: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to boost market position and growth; design, launch, and manage large-scale brand campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print, experiential); lead creative campaign development and execution to build brand awareness, preference, and loyalty; oversee brand guidelines and consistency; lead brand identity, voice, and positioning evolution; manage brand assets and marketing collateral; monitor brand health metrics and campaign performance, adapting strategies as needed; manage campaign budgets and resource allocation.
- Corporate Communications: Develop strategic communication plans across owned, earned, and paid media channels; guide thought leadership content and executive communications; lead social media strategy and content for brand consistency and engagement; oversee external communications (press releases, media relations, crisis communications); manage digital presence (website, blog, social media, email).

- Corporate communications and public relations experience
