Marketing and Public Relations Manager
The Marketing and Public Relations Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for NH Collection Dubai The Palm. The role requires a blend of marketing expertise, creative thinking, and exceptional communication skills to promote the hotel brand, services, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and market share.
- Create annual marketing plans with goals, budget, and tactics.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and direct channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.
- Manage the hotel's visual identity (logo, colors, design guidelines).
- Develop and maintain relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and industry partners.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Coordinate media visits, press conferences, and PR events.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive traffic.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns with effective segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Create high-quality content for the hotel's website, blog, social media, and marketing materials.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and manage online reputation.
- Use social media analytics to measure campaign success.
- Plan and promote hotel events (meetings, weddings, special occasions).
- Collaborate with the events team for seamless event execution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures.
- Collaborate with sales, F&B, events, and operations teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and PR, ideally in hospitality.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
- Creative thinking, strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- (Preferred) Experience working in the Dubai market.
- (Preferred) Established network of media contacts/UAE influencers.
- (Preferred) Proficiency in Arabic.
