Job Overview:As a Demand Generation Marketer, you will create and execute strategies to drive top-of-funnel growth and nurture leads. You leverage data, creativity, and collaboration to build high-quality lead generating campaigns. This role requires digital marketing channel expertise, marketing automation, and an analytical mindset to track and optimize performance.
What Your Work Will Entail:
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid ads, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, webinars) to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop and optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize conversions.
- Partner with sales and product teams to align campaigns with revenue and product goals.
- Build and manage lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Segment audiences for personalized messaging and content.
- Monitor pipeline metrics, work with sales for seamless handoff and lead qualification.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (lead volume, conversion rates, ROI).
- Use data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and inform future strategies.
- Continuously test and refine creative, messaging, and targeting.
- Work with content team to produce valuable assets (eBooks, case studies, webinars, videos).
- Partner with product marketing to align campaigns with launches and feature updates.
- Collaborate with analytics team for accurate tracking and reporting.
What You Bring To This Role:
- 4+ years of demand generation, digital marketing, or related experience, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce.
- Proven success designing and executing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
- Expertise in paid media, content marketing, and lead nurturing.
- Analytical mindset using data to optimize performance and ROI.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ThriveCart or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
