Job Overview:As a Demand Generation Marketer, you will create and execute strategies to drive top-of-funnel growth and nurture leads. You leverage data, creativity, and collaboration to build high-quality lead generating campaigns. This role requires digital marketing channel expertise, marketing automation, and an analytical mindset to track and optimize performance.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid ads, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, webinars) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize conversions.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align campaigns with revenue and product goals.
  • Build and manage lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Segment audiences for personalized messaging and content.
  • Monitor pipeline metrics, work with sales for seamless handoff and lead qualification.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (lead volume, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Use data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and inform future strategies.
  • Continuously test and refine creative, messaging, and targeting.
  • Work with content team to produce valuable assets (eBooks, case studies, webinars, videos).
  • Partner with product marketing to align campaigns with launches and feature updates.
  • Collaborate with analytics team for accurate tracking and reporting.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • 4+ years of demand generation, digital marketing, or related experience, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Proven success designing and executing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
  • Expertise in paid media, content marketing, and lead nurturing.
  • Analytical mindset using data to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ThriveCart or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
