The Go to Market (GTM) leader for Provider operates with ServiceNow's customer-centric industry sales teams and other key functions (marketing, product, customer success, implementation partners, etc.) to identify and verticalize ServiceNow solutions for the AMS market and specific customers/buying centers. Closely aligns with Provider account teams to seed and develop strategic opportunities, serving as the main point of contact for AMS-based Provider account sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Focused Pipeline Development: Acts as industry expert, educating executives and senior leaders on ServiceNow through leadership at industry events, executive business reviews, etc., directly leading to pipeline creation.
- Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression: Partners with account executives to progress pipeline by infusing industry expertise (solutions, messaging) into account strategy, building relationships with key buying center executives, and shortening deal lifecycles by highlighting business value and competitive differentiators.
- Partner Development & Execution: Develops and maintains relationships with Provider practices within AMS strategic partners to drive awareness, solution positioning, enablement, and customer development, accelerating customer-focused pipeline priorities.
- Solution Design and Enablement: Identifies new buying centers and use cases in Provider that benefit from ServiceNow. Partners with marketing to design and build solutions for provider customers generating value and enabling transformation.
- Analyze, Drive & Report on the Business: Analyzes ServiceNow Industry business trends, opportunities, needs, KPI impact, and movement against goals. Uses data to influence behaviors and drive results, reinforcing high-yield actions.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years in Provider industry (large health system experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of technology leveraging for provider industry transformation
- Experience in customer-facing roles selling and delivering consulting services
- Prior Go-to-Market leadership experience in enterprise software
- 5+ years at an Enterprise Software company focused on Provider accounts or a top-tier consulting firm.
- Exceptional executive presentation skills (in-person, Zoom, C-level)
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales organizations
- Experience producing thought leadership content for an international audience
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets for a region and accounts
- Superior organizational skills and prioritization abilities
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related fields
Compensation: $225,000 - $405,000 base salary + equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
