Full-Time Head of Human Resources

• Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs and design recruitment strategies. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
• HR Operations Management: Lead the HR team in managing day-to-day operations. Oversee compensation, benefits, and leave programs. Guide managers on disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Performance Management: Design and implement performance management processes. Coach managers on effective performance conversations and improvement strategies.
• Strategic Planning and Compliance: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with company goals and growth plans. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Professional Development and Leadership: Provide clear leadership and direction to the HR team. Facilitate ongoing learning and development opportunities.
• Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage the HR department’s budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Culture, Employer Brand & Industry Awareness: Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Stay updated on HR best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience building and leading HR teams.
• Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS/ATS tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
• Experience in scaling HR practices in fast-paced, creative or digital industries preferred.
