Full-Time Head of Learning & Operations

• Build the operating system for delivery: Maintain a didactical, process and content backbone.
• Team Leadership & People management: Coach, and grow a team of four Learning Consultants.
• Enterprise Portfolio & Profit: Own revenue retention and expansion with our Enterprise Accounts.
• Trainer & Expert Ecosystem: Build and govern our expert network.
• Operational excellence: Manage operational and financial success across the company.

• Delivery NPS 40+ across all customers
• ≥ 95% on-budget delivery
• Documented, adopted playbooks & documentation across the team
• Support Sales to keep a 150% Net Revenue Retention across our Accounts

• 7–10+ years in enterprise/management consulting or in an edtech startup/scaleup.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams.
• Strong project/program management skills.
• Experience in L&D/HR/Transformation within large organizations.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.

• A track record of building learning portfolios.
• Experience in scaling trainer ecosystems.
• Financial acumen: scoping, pricing, forecasting, and margin management.
