Full-Time Head of Operations

• Financial Planning & Treasury Management: Lead financial forecasting and budget tracking, monitor financial commitments, and oversee treasury management.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with banks, custodians, payment providers, and technical service vendors. Negotiate and maintain service agreements.
• Global Team Operations: Partner with our distributed team to optimize EOR relationships, compensation structures, and productivity tools.
• Strategic Projects: Develop and document scalable processes for finance, compliance, and vendor management. Identify and execute operational improvements.

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, or crypto operations.
• General knowledge of crypto markets and interest in the DeFi ecosystem.
• A self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments.
• Excellent communicator.
