Job Details
Playson is looking for a Head of People & Culture to drive our People & Culture vision.
What You Will Do:
- Design and drive People & Culture initiatives that align with Playson’s values
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership
- Manage and develop a cross-functional People team
- Oversee strategic hiring plans
- Lead and support initiatives around team growth
- Embed continuous feedback practices into our culture
- Ensure people-related processes are efficient
- Tackle operational issues pragmatically and efficiently
What We Expect From You:
- Proven experience in a senior People/Organizational leadership role
- Experience across People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Internal Comms, and Employer Branding
- Hands-on mindset
- Experience building distributed, high-performing product-centric teams
- A business-centric mindset
- Passion for experimenting, iterating, and challenging assumptions
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, growth pains, and cultural shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in iGaming industry
- Experience working in remote-first or distributed teams.
- Exposure to Agile environments
- Familiarity with HR tech stacks and tools (Ashby, HiBob, Notion, etc.).
- Previous work in competitive digital talent markets.
