Your Responsibilities:
- Key Business Partner for APAC leaders, partnering with global leaders on people strategies.
- Leading and developing the People Partnering function, coaching for high-impact support.
- Turning strategy into action, co-designing team structures, enabling performance, guiding leaders through change.
- Spotting risks using people and performance data to surface insights, shape initiatives, and measure impact.
- Driving key team member lifecycle moments (performance reviews, compensation, development).
- Embedding high-quality employee relations & performance development practices.
- Offering calm, pragmatic advice in complex situations.
- Championing global culture & values, embedding DE&I.
- Working with EOR partners for compliant experiences.
- Shaping the future of work for remote, high-performance teams.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience leading People Partnering or senior HRBP teams.
- Delivering impactful company-wide programs to elevate team performance.
- Strong commercial acumen balancing care and performance.
- Confidence influencing senior leaders, navigating tough conversations.
- Proactive mindset anticipating issues, acting early, and redesigning systems.
- Data-informed approach using insights to guide action and measure impact.
- Experience working across borders, with EORs, and navigating global compliance.
- Excitement for leveraging AI for scalable solutions.
What gives you an edge:
- Leading People Partnering in a 300+ person, global, remote-first company.
- Experience building/scaling HRBP functions with operational/cultural excellence.
- Experience using tools like Leapsome, Notion, Asana, Gemini/ChatGPT, BambooHR.
