The Head of Strategic Partnerships will identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue growth and expand reach.
This hands-on role requires deep understanding of Vertical SaaS, B2B software, fintech monetization, and the payments landscape.
Responsibilities Include:
- Defining and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy.
- Identifying and partnering with complementary technology providers, industry leaders, and key players.
- Developing strategic product partnerships (integrations, APIs, co-development).
- Partnering with payment processors, embedded finance providers, and financial institutions.
- Managing relationships with resellers, system integrators, and distribution partners.
- Managing the partner pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monitoring and optimizing partnership performance for long-term growth and retention.
- Leading negotiations, structuring agreements, and managing the full lifecycle of partnerships.
- Integrating strategic partners' offerings into the platform.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or partnership sales in a high-growth startup or tech company.
- Experience managing channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
- Relationship building with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong network in relevant industries (SaaS, fintech, AI, etc.).
- Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Track record of closing high-impact partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of the payments ecosystem, embedded finance, and B2B SaaS monetization models.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Up to 40% travel required.
Compensation: $230,000 - $250,000 USD per year.
