Full-Time Marketing Director (Remote)

The Marketing Director will provide strategic leadership for all marketing functions, overseeing the existing marketing team while aligning activities with the company's focus on key market sectors.

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, direct brand positioning, align initiatives with business development goals, lead quarterly planning sessions.
• Team Management & Development: Lead and mentor the team, coordinate with external partners, establish KPIs, foster cross-departmental collaboration.
• Membership Strategy & Management: Evaluate ROI of membership investments, develop networking strategies, and oversee event strategy.
• Events Planning: Plan and oversee sponsored events, staff education events, client/partner events, annual events, aligning with sector-specific strategies, and ensure ROI.
• Market Sector Development: Lead strategic initiatives for each market sector (Real Estate, GovCon & Tech, Diplomatic Missions, Hospitality, Fee for Service). Coordinate with sales teams for marketing materials.
• Digital Marketing & Content Strategy: Direct company digital presence, manage website development, company journal content strategy, SEO optimization, content development (emails, booklets, infographics), and ensure digital assets support client experience.
• Budget Management & ROI Analysis: Develop and manage marketing budgets, evaluate investment opportunities, track ROI metrics, and prepare budget performance reviews.
• Client Experience & Relationship Marketing: Direct initiatives supporting client experience, including proposal development, client portal optimization, VIP lifecycle management, referral programs, and client/staff education initiatives.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage key strategic partnerships with financial institutions and industry partners.
