We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Talent to lead Talent Operations at PayNearMe. This role reports to the VP, People, and will own and elevate how we attract, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional team members globally.
You’ll be responsible for developing a scalable and compliant global hiring infrastructure, shaping our compensation strategies, and ensuring every new hire is set up for success from day one.
What You'll Do
- Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy: Own end-to-end hiring processes.
- Manage and Mentor Recruiting Team: Lead a small team of experienced recruiters.
- Build a Scalable Global Hiring Model: Design and implement international hiring frameworks.
- Develop Onboarding Programs: Create high-impact onboarding processes.
- Enhance Compensation Frameworks: Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure Global Compliance: Maintain and enforce policies that align with employment laws.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Partner closely with People Operations, Legal, and Finance.
- Be a Cultural Sounding Board: Act as a trusted thought partner to the VP, People.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Talent or People leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing and developing a team of recruiters.
- Deep expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Experience designing and executing global hiring strategies.
- Strong understanding of compensation philosophy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Operational mindset with a bias for action.
