The Head of Total Rewards for North America designs and delivers a comprehensive rewards strategy for the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry. This role ensures competitive, compliant, and scalable compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

- Develop and execute a regional total rewards strategy.
- Provide strategic reward insights for workforce planning and retention.
- Align regional reward programs with global frameworks.
- Oversee design and governance of salary structures and incentive plans.
- Lead annual compensation planning processes.
- Conduct market benchmarking for technical roles.
- Develop a region-wide benefits strategy focused on safety and well-being.
- Oversee cost-effective benefits program administration.
- Design fair compensation practices for field roles.
- Implement recognition programs.
- Support regional implementation of global executive compensation programs.
- Oversee mobility packages for cross-border assignments.
- Ensure reward programs comply with labor laws and safety standards.
- Maintain data integrity in HRIS and compensation systems.
- Manage total rewards budgets.
- Lead and mentor a regional Total Rewards team.
- Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders.
- Represent North America in global total rewards initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 15+ years of compensation and benefits experience, ideally in TIC or related sectors.
- Experience supporting multi-country environments in North America.
- Understanding of compensation practices for technical and field-based roles.
- Ability to lead complex compensation cycles and benefits harmonization.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
