Job Title: Health Coach, Enrollment

Job Overview: As a Health Coach, Enrollment, you will conduct high-volume outreach to eligible program participants and enroll patients in a health program supporting medication adherence and lifestyle changes. You will introduce Scene services, connect with patients via phone/SMS/video, identify patient needs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patient prospects via phone, text, and email to introduce Scene services.
• Leverage listening skills to identify suitable programs based on insurance and health needs.
• Offer empathy, handle frustrations, and guide patients through enrollment with motivational support.
• Manage patient information in Salesforce.
• Overcome objections/questions/technical barriers to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Assist patients with app setup and troubleshooting.
• Connect patients with healthcare resources (PCP, labs, pharmacies).
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
• Guide patients in using Scene’s Spotlight app.
• Build performance goals, manage time effectively, and embrace changes.
• Provide feedback on patient challenges and recommend improvements.
• Establish relationships with patients and the care team.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in health education, patient engagement, or related healthcare role.
• Background in health coaching, public health, or community health.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy.
• Excellent verbal/written communication.
• Experience in phone/SMS/video communication.
• Ability to explain complex health concepts simply.
• Proficiency with database systems and mobile applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Health coach, medical assistant, community health worker, pharmacy technician certification.
• Sales experience.
• Experience with Medicaid patients.
• CRM software experience (e.g., Salesforce).
• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages).
