As the Health & Safety Systems Advisor you will provide support to the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Systems Manager to drive continuous improvement, ownership, and compliance across Endeavour Group and its business units.This role contributes to the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Health and Safety Management Systems and Risk Management practices to ensure alignment with legislative requirements and internal standards.
Here is what you can expect in this role:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a single Endeavour Group Health and Safety Management Support system and the development and ongoing improvement of the system, ensuring alignment with the National Audit Tool for Self Insurance (NAT) and relevant WHS legislation.
- Maintain document control for the Health and Safety Management System, including procedures, policies, and the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Risk Register across all business units.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Endeavour Group Safety, Health & Wellbeing Risk Profile.
- Support governance, reporting, and performance monitoring activities to ensure the Health and Safety Management System remains compliant and effective.
- Contribute to the Self Insurance scheme and licence program support for Endeavour Group and its business units.
- Prepare and distribute the Safety Pack in accordance with the Safety Pack Calendar, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across brands.
- Assist the Group Health & Safety Systems Manager and Group Risk Management team with capacity planning and resource coordination for Endeavour Group brands.
About You:
- Qualifications in WH&S (Cert IV in Work Health Safety minimum).
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Health and Safety role.
- External and internal stakeholder experience.
- Working knowledge of safety compliance, legislation and auditing.
- Strong experience in process improvement and optimisation.
- Demonstrated skills in supporting the development and documentation control Health and Safety Management System content.
- Demonstrated skills in SH&W Risk Management practises.
- Demonstrated knowledge of WHS legislation relevant to the role.
- Experience in a large diverse organization.
