Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver best-in-class service to clients.
Work Location: Remote - US only
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: PST hours
Specific requirements: Healthcare experience - managing roles such as nursing, mental health, imaging, and advanced practitioner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to exceed client expectations.
- Set performance standards and goals; assess progress and address gaps.
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
- Establish regular communication (1-1 meetings, team meetings, feedback).
- Complete performance management processes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment, motivating and inspiring high performance.
- Understand and become ingrained in client organizations, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams and client leaders for successful client implementation.
- Develop recruiting metrics and analytics (time to fill, aging, cost per hire, surveys, productivity, source of hire).
- Foster relationships with recruiters and hiring leaders.
- Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build the candidate pipeline.
- Develop comprehensive hiring strategies (passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing, technologies).
- Participate in client meetings, sharing updates and data.
- Discuss service delivery gaps and develop proactive solutions.
- Support client recruitment process needs.
- Leverage shared resources and Cielo tools.
- Responsible for Cielo metric reports and P&L management.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency of processes.
- Collaborate with the Cielo Client Services Management team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Recruiters, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
Position Requirements:
- Prior experience in a results-oriented TA role in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
- Two or more years of healthcare experience.
- Exposure to recruitment technologies (ATS, social media).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (preferred).
Salary: $83,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience, geography, industry knowledge).
