Job Details
Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver best-in-class service to clients across one or more client accounts. Build trust and strong relationships with key client contacts to achieve talent acquisition partnership goals.
Work Location: Remote - US only
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: PST hours
Specific Requirements:
- Healthcare experience
- Managing roles such as nursing, mental health, imaging and advanced practitioners
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to provide high-quality services focused on exceeding client expectations.
- Set clear performance standards and goals for the team. Assess progress and proactively address gaps.
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
- Establish regular communications (1-1 meetings, team meetings with agendas, etc.) and provide in-the-moment feedback.
- Complete performance management processes, including providing feedback and proactively addressing gaps.
- Lead the team by earning trust, motivating, inspiring great performance, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and learning.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client organization, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to ensure successful new client implementations.
- Develop recruiting metrics and analytics (time to fill, aging, cost per hire, candidate and hiring leader satisfaction surveys, recruiter productivity, source of candidate and hire, etc.)
- Foster relationships and build trust with recruiters and hiring leaders.
- Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and drive recruiting strategy to meet hiring goals.
- Develop comprehensive, strategic hiring strategies (passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing plans, cutting-edge recruitment technologies).
- Participate in client meetings, sharing updates and data. Discuss service delivery gaps and develop proactive remediation plans.
- Support clients' recruitment process needs.
- Leverage shared delivery resources effectively.
- Maximize Cielo resources to meet goals.
- Report on Cielo-specific metrics and manage P&L.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency of processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Cielo Client Services Management team to share best practices and drive organizational initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Leads a team of Recruiters, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Position Requirements:
- Prior experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition or human resources role.
- Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
- Two+ years of healthcare experience.
- Exposure to and knowledge of various recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (preferred).
Salary Range: $83,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience, geography, and industry knowledge).
