Full-Time Healthcare Client Services Manager

Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver best-in-class service to clients. Builds strong relationships with key client contacts to achieve talent acquisition partnership goals. Work Location: Remote - US only. Work Arrangement: Remote. Work Schedule: PST hours required.

Specific Requirements: Healthcare experience - managing roles such as nursing, mental health, imaging.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing team providing high-quality services exceeding client expectations.
• Set clear performance standards and goals for the team. Assess progress and proactively address gaps.
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports through 1-1 meetings, team meetings, and regular feedback.
• Complete performance management processes, including feedback and addressing gaps.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment encouraging collaboration and learning.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client organization, including their structure and key stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams and client leaders for successful client implementations.
• Develop recruiting metrics and analytics (time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction surveys, etc.).
• Foster relationships with Recruiters and hiring leaders.
• Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and meet hiring goals.
• Develop comprehensive strategic hiring strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, sharing updates and addressing service gaps.
• Support client recruitment process needs.
• Maximize Cielo resource utilization.
• Responsible for Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L management.
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency of processes.
• Collaborate with the Cielo Client Services Management team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Leads a team of Recruiters, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.

Position Requirements:

• Prior experience in a results-oriented TA role in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
• Two years or more healthcare experience.
• Exposure to recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:

Anticipated starting salary range: $83,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience, geography, and industry knowledge).

Eligible for annual bonus and benefits: various medical plans (medical, dental, vision), STD, LTD, HSA, holiday pay, flex PTO, 401k (50% match up to 4%), VTO.
