Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional service to clients, building trust and strong relationships with key contacts to achieve talent acquisition goals.
Work Location: Remote - US only
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: PST hours required
Specific requirements:
- Healthcare experience
- Managing roles (nursing, mental health, imaging)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to exceed client expectations.
- Set clear performance standards and goals for the team, assessing progress and addressing gaps.
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
- Establish regular communications with direct reports (1-on-1s, team meetings).
- Provide timely feedback.
- Complete performance management processes, including feedback and addressing gaps.
- Motivate and inspire great performance in a positive, inclusive environment.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client organization, including strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams and client leaders for successful client implementation.
- Develop recruiting metrics (time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction surveys).
- Foster relationships and trust with recruiters and hiring leaders.
- Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build a candidate pipeline and meet hiring goals.
- Develop comprehensive, strategic hiring strategies (passive candidate outreach).
- Participate in client meetings, sharing updates and data.
- Address gaps in service delivery with proactive plans.
- Support recruitment process needs.
- Leverage shared delivery resources effectively.
- Maximize Cielo resources to meet goals.
- Create Cielo-specific metric reports and manage P&L.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency.
- Share best practices and drive organizational initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews.
Position Requirements:
- Prior experience in a results-oriented TA role.
- Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
- Two years or more healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of various recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (preferred)
Salary Range: $83,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience, geography, and industry knowledge).
