Client Services Manager (CSM)

Leads a team of recruiters to provide exceptional client service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads high-performing team to exceed client expectations.
• Establishes performance standards and goals.
• Evaluates progress against standards, addressing gaps proactively.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and regular feedback to direct reports.
• Manages performance management processes, including feedback and gap analysis.
• Builds trust and strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Partners with internal teams for new client implementations.
• Develops recruiting metrics and analytics (time to fill, cost per hire, etc.).
• Fosters relationships with recruiters and hiring leaders.
• Manages programs, events, and campaigns for candidate pipeline development.
• Drives strategic hiring strategies and utilizes recruitment technologies.
• Participates in client meetings, sharing updates and addressing gaps.
• Supports client recruitment process needs.
• Maximizes Cielo resources for goal achievement.
• Generates Cielo-specific metric reports and manages P&L.
• Drives process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with Client Services Management team for best practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and conducts performance reviews for recruiters.

Position Requirements

• Experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition or HR role.
• Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
• 2+ years preferred healthcare management experience.
• Exposure to various recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or related field (preferred).

Salary and Benefits

$83,000 - $120,000 (dependent on experience, geography, and industry knowledge).

Annual bonus based on goal achievement.
