Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver top-tier client service, building strong client relationships, and achieving talent acquisition goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead high-performing teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Set performance standards and goals for the team, assess progress, and address gaps.
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
- Communicate regularly with direct reports through one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and other touchpoints, and provide ongoing feedback.
- Complete performance management processes, including feedback and addressing performance gaps.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment encouraging collaboration and learning.
- Deeply understand and integrate into the client organization, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams and client leaders for successful client implementations.
- Develop and utilize recruiting metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, etc.) for informed decisions.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to build strong relationships.
- Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and meet hiring goals.
- Develop comprehensive, strategic hiring strategies utilizing recruitment technologies.
- Present updates and data during client meetings, addressing gaps in service delivery.
- Support client recruitment process needs, effectively using resources.
- Manage Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and process consistency.
- Collaborate with the Cielo Client Services Management team to share best practices and initiatives.
- Complete other assigned duties.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in results-oriented talent acquisition or HR.
- Experience coaching peers or managing teams.
- Healthcare experience of 5+ years.
- Knowledge of various recruitment technologies (ATS, social media).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree (business, management, HR, or related field preferred).
