Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. Act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search.
Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

Work Arrangement: Remote, working in PST (8am-5pm PST)
- Finding Candidates:
- Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations on possible approaches or candidate requirements.
- Review candidates who applied through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing or sourcing plans to identify appropriate candidate sources aligned with search requirements.
- Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks or internal referrals.
- Utilize Cielo's proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
- Engaging Candidates:
- Use various media to connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media).
- Articulate the value proposition to candidates interested in the job opportunity.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistics, interview schedule, attire, and expectations.
- Provide timely updates concerning the status of applications and interviews.
- Assessing Candidates:
- Draft and utilize phone interview templates appropriate to the job description.
- Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements to determine if the candidate is a match or potential match for other open positions.
- Issue skills tests (if required) and evaluate results.
- Review background and reference information (if required).
- Influencing the Hire:
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process, ensuring consistent communication on search status.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.
- Articulate the job offer to the candidate and drive acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counter-offers as appropriate.
- Service Excellence:
- Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
- Deliver a strong candidate slate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure multiple qualified candidates.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership.
- Identify and research perceived difficulties with searches and recommend solutions.
- Proactively and regularly communicate search status to hiring leaders, providing consultative recommendations.
Experience: Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), common HR principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is $59,000- $70,000 dependent upon experience, geography, and industry knowledge.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on the achievement of defined goals and benefits including:
