Responsibilities:
- Finding Candidates: Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders, provide market data & recommendations. Review candidate applications (ATS). Evaluate candidate qualifications. Develop recruitment marketing plans/sourcing plans. Source candidates through databases, searches, & networks. Obtain referrals. Utilize Cielo software for campaigns.
- Engaging Candidates: Connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media). Articulate job opportunity value. Prepare candidates for interviews (logistics, schedule, attire). Provide timely updates on application/interview status.
- Assessing Candidates: Draft & utilize interview templates. Evaluate candidate phone interviews/skills assessments against requirements. Conduct skills testing & evaluations if needed. Review background/reference information if needed.
- Influencing the Hire: Keep candidates engaged. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data. Articulate job offer, handle counter-offers.
- Service Excellence: Adhere to regulations (OFCCP). Deliver strong candidate slates, build talent pipelines. Provide accurate & regular reporting. Identify & recommend solutions to search difficulties. Proactively communicate search status with recommendations.
Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years' recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings. Experience with recruitment technologies (ATS, social media).
Skills: Proficient in Boolean search, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HR principles/practices/metrics.
Salary: $59,000 - $70,000 (dependent on experience, geography, industry knowledge). Bonus eligible. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, HSA, holiday pay, PTO, 401k (50% match up to 4%), VTO.
Location Specifics: Remote role for US-based candidates.
