Responsibilities

1. Finding Candidates
   • Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader to determine position specifications.
   • Review candidates applying through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
   • Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine candidates to advance in the recruitment process.
   • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to identify appropriate candidates.
   • Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
   • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and internal referrals.
   • Utilize Cielo's proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns to talent communities.
2. Engaging Candidates
   • Use various media (phone, email, social media) to connect with talent communities.
   • Articulate the value proposition to interested candidates.
   • Prepare candidates for interviews, including logistical information, interview schedules, appropriate attire, and expectations.
   • Provide timely updates on the status of applications and interviews.
3. Assessing Candidates
   • Draft and use phone interview templates tailored to the job description.
   • Evaluate candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments to determine suitability for the role or other open positions.
   • Administer and evaluate skills tests (if required).
   • Review background and reference information (if required).
4. Influencing the Hire
   • Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process, ensuring consistent communication.
   • Partner with the hiring leader to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.
   • Articulate job offers to candidates and handle counter-offers.
5. Service Excellence
   • Adhere strictly to all regulations (OFCCP and others).
   • Deliver a strong candidate slate, building talent pipelines for multiple qualified candidates.
   • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to hiring and Cielo leadership.
   • Identify challenges in searches, research solutions, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
   • Proactively and regularly communicate search status to the hiring leader with recommendations.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of two years' recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
• Experience using ATS and social media tools
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of common HR principles, practices, and metrics
• Solid healthcare experience
