We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in building a team of world-class hearing healthcare professionals to Help People Hear Better®.
In this position, you’ll use your expertise to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier hearing healthcare talent who are dedicated to making a difference in patient care.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Source, screen, and recruit licensed Hearing Aid dispensers, Audiologists, and Hearing Instrument Apprentices
2. Complete full cycle recruiting for open requisitions including making offers
3. Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates.
4. Identify sourcing activities to build a network of contacts and a pipeline of industry talent.
5. Maintain a high level of staffing industry awareness.
6. Ability to conduct Intake Sessions with hiring managers to gather data needed to find the right fit for the roles requested.
7. Provide knowledge of competitor practices and market indicators which may affect industry hiring.
8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to quantify hiring stats against divisional goals.
9. Attends job fairs, college recruitment events, primary and secondary educational outreach programs, etc. as needed.
10. Contact Audiology programs to post new openings in their areas to post on their social media or careers page.
11. Cold calling to source leads

What You'll Bring to Lucid Hearing:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in healthcare recruiting or a related field
• 2 or more years of experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Experience recruiting passive candidates a plus!
• Sales and negotiating experience
• Have a fearless friendly/outgoing personality to be able to pick up the phone and dial potential candidates and educate them on our brand and opportunities.
• Impeccable follow-up skills to ensure nothing gets missed in the recruiting process.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Self-motivated and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Detailed-oriented on keeping up with notes on candidates and leads as well as maintaining reports
• Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter, Indeed)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel (e.g., data tracking, reporting, pivot tables, and spreadsheets)
• Familiarity of employment laws and regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruiting
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• Proven experience in healthcare recruiting or a related field
• Flexibility to provide periodic support outside of traditional working hours when urgent challenges arise
