Healthcare Recruiter (Remote PST)
Responsibilities:
- Finding Candidates:
- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications, providing market data and recommendations.
- Review candidate applications from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans for sourcing suitable candidates.
- Source candidates from resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search.
- Solicit and pursue referrals.
- Utilize Cielo's software for talent outreach.
- Engaging Candidates:
- Use various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to connect with candidates.
- Articulate the value proposition of the job opportunity.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, covering logistical details, interview schedules, attire, and expectations.
- Provide timely updates on application and interview status.
- Assessing Candidates:
- Develop and use phone interview templates.
- Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments to position requirements.
- Conduct skills testing and evaluate results (if needed).
- Review background and reference information (if needed).
- Influencing the Hire:
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with consistent updates.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.
- Articulate job offers and drive candidate acceptance, addressing counter-offers.
- Service Excellence:
- Adhere to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
- Build strong candidate slates and talent pipelines.
- Provide regular and accurate reporting of recruiting activities to hiring and Cielo leadership.
- Identify and recommend solutions to search difficulties.
- Proactively and regularly communicate search status and recommendations to hiring leaders.
Experience:
- Experience with corporate, RPO, or agency recruiting.
- Proficiency with recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools).
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of common HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
Compensation: $48,000-$70,000 (dependent on experience, geography, and industry knowledge). Annual bonus based on defined goals. Benefits include various medical plans, STD, LTD, HSA, holiday pay, PTO, 401K with 50% match up to 4%, and VTO.
